Jeroen Houben is an Amsterdam-based artist known for character-driven stories and refined aesthetics. In 2024, Houben wrote and directed the satirical drama feature TORCH SONG, which won the Dutch Film Critics Award. He also composed the music for the film, which was released as a soundtrack album.

2018 saw the release of his directorial feature debut YOUR MOTHER SHOULD KNOW, which drew over 100,000 visitors to Dutch cinemas and won a Golden Film Award. Houben has also directed several award-winning shorts like PLASTER and HOME SUITE HOME, and is known for music videos for artists such as De Jeugd van Tegenwoordig, Ronnie Flex, and Young & Sick.
